Your Florida Chef is led by Chef Leo Rudnitsky, bringing over 15 years of professional culinary experience to homes and venues throughout the Sunshine State. Based in Florida, we specialize in creating extraordinary kosher dining experiences that honor both your palate and your traditions.
Chef Leo Rudnitsky's training began at the California Culinary Academy / Le Cordon Bleu in San Francisco (graduated 2003), followed by years in prominent restaurant kitchens across California and New York City. After completing university, Leo relocated to Vienna, Austria, where he built a private catering practice serving the local Jewish community — including the U.S. Ambassador to Austria and Israeli Embassy staff. That international background shapes a rare breadth of cuisine — French technique, Mediterranean and Middle Eastern flavors, classic American fine-dining, and traditional Ashkenazi and Sephardic kosher cooking — all under one roof.
